Police are treating the death of a person found in the Dunedin suburb of Roslyn as unexplained.
The body was found at a property in Garfield Avenue on Tuesday, 16 April.
Initial indications suggested the body had been there for some time, police said.
It has not been formally identified.
Police are working to remove the body for a forensic examination.
